• During the abovementioned time period, we will gather all the due diligence documents that a reasonable purchaser would be asking for and will present such an information/documents upon signing of the agreement (or at such time which we consider advisable under the circumstances).  This step will save us time that otherwise would have been expended post signing of the sale and purchase agreement.
• There may be other tasks that we will attend as we move forward.
